Letter Writing & Narrative Intervention

This is for those moments when you need to say something—but you’re not sure how. Whether it’s a difficult email to your manager, a response to HR, or a letter naming harm, we help you write it with clarity and power.
We will either write the letter for you, or coach you through what you want to achieve, say, and the implications of this.

Shadow Coaching & Environmental Diagnostics

Sometimes you need someone to see what you’re seeing. We spend part of your workday with you—observing how people interact, how the space feels, and what’s really going on.

• Identify patterns of hostility, neglect, or misrecognition
• Decide whether to stay, shift, or speak up

This is our flagship programme. It’s for anyone who wants to understand what’s happening beneath the surface—and build their own way forward.
